ESG

With support from top leadership and our Sustainability Director, we made a firm commitment to transparency with our factory partners. Our comprehensive social responsibility and auditing program is designed to foster relationships with suppliers based on principles of honesty, shared values, and a commitment to ongoing enhancement.

Adherence to our Vendor Code of Conduct is a cornerstone of our practices, aligning closely with the standards set by the International Labor Organization. We enforce this through third-party audits, rigorously monitoring compliance.  Material Suppliers failing to meet our values or Code of Conduct are not engaged in business relationships with us. We work closely with our material suppliers to bring them into compliance; if they repeatedly violate the requirements the relationship is terminated.

Our Auditing Protocol follows a structured approach:

Initial Risk
Assessment

   - Evaluates labor conditions, wages, training, environmental programs, and management practices.

   - Reviews facility policies and conducts a country-level risk assessment.

Annual Verification
and Renewal

   - Onsite audits by accredited 3rd party inspection agencies who review 300+ checkpoints, graded from A to D.

   - Worker Sentiment Surveys and Equivalency Reports enhance the assessment.

Continuous Improvement
and Remediation

   - Capacity Building Training is offered, focusing on Corrective Action Plans.

   - Collaborative remediation efforts with suppliers, including re-audits when necessary.

Social
Compliance

   - 100% of our factories undergo annual social compliance audits.

   - The audits cover labor, health & safety, environment, and business ethics standards and categories.
